Our satisfied employees help our customers to succeed

We annually measure the satisfaction levels of our rental workers by providing them with an anonymous forum through which they can share and evaluate their experiences of working with us and our customer companies.

Why is the satisfaction of our employees so important to us? Good employee satisfaction equals a good customer experience. Our goal is to create long-term employee and customer relationships, and our most valuable selling points are our satisfied employees.

 

RESULTS OF THE EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY IN FEBRUARY 2021

We conducted the most recent employee survey in February 2021, and as many as 97% of our employees recommended Folka as an employer! Special praise was received for our employee contacts – our HR consultants. Our HR consultants were praised for being friendly and helpful, and employees felt they were receiving a comprehensive orientation process and useful information on matters related to their employment. 

 

HOW DOES GOOD EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION LEAD TO OUR CUSTOMERS’ SUCCESS?

 

1. SATISFIED EMPLOYEES COMMIT TO THE COMPANY

The success of a company largely depends on motivated and skilled employees. Satisfied employees commit to the company, talk about it in a positive tone and possibly attract new experts to the company as well.

 

2. A SATISFIED CUSTOMER ALSO MOTIVATES THE EMPLOYEE

Rewarding and good feedback from the employer motivates the employee. Therefore, for example, we reward an Employee of the Month every month who, in addition to a gift card and a diploma, receives public feedback on their success.

 

3. PROBLEMS ARE ADDRESSED IN DUE TIME

We strive to address workplace issues as early as possible using the WeCare early support model. In December 2021, we also opened a reporting channel for our employees through which anyone can report inappropriate behaviour, harassment or discrimination in the workplace. It is in the interests of all parties and also of the company itself that the shortcomings are brought to light. The better your staff feel, the more productive the work will be.

 

4. WE TRY TO CREATE GOOD STARTING POINTS FOR EMPLOYEE SUCCESS

We spend a great deal of time and effort finding the right employee for every vacancy. We want to create such a good starting point for our employees that they have the best chance of succeeding in their job and thereby produce an excellent customer experience. It is very important for an employee to feel valued, and this is what we aim for with the employee satisfaction surveys.
